Refund / Cancellation Policy

1-Please note, if you have booked in for any tinting, lash lift, or brow lamination and have not had this treatment with us in the last 6 months, a new patch test will be required. Patch tests must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

 

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service, and a new deposit will be required to secure future bookings.

2- All Training course deposits and extra  payments are non refundable.

Course places may be transferred to a different

course date if sufficient notice is given.
