Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return an item, we do accept returns. In order to return products, the following conditions must apply:

    1. items must not have been opened or used and;

    2. the packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged.

  2. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds, and you will be required to pay for these.

  3. We must be notified of all damages and claims within 24 hours of receipt.

  4. If you wish to exchange any colour choices after your order has been dispatched, you must return the bottles unopened and completely undamaged, for exchange at your cost to MERAKI, Unit 3/4 Glanmire Business Park, Glanmire, Co.Cork, Ireland. Once your order has been collected from us by our courier, you will not be able to cancel your order, unless faulty. Any authorised refunds will be in the form of a credit note. If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing using the model cancellation form (on our website) and email  Support@MerakiCork.Com.

  5. We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

  6. If you have returned the products to us under this clause because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of the products in the form of a credit note for the full amount paid by you (including delivery fees) to your account.

  7. If the products have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the contract, then you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract.

  8. Sale items: All goods purchased during any promotions are not returnable unless faulty.

  9. Discount Codes & Vouchers: Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and cannot be applied to sale items. However, vouchers can still be used against items during sales.

  10. All Training course payments are non refundable. Course places may be transferred to a different course date if sufficient notice is given.
